I upgraded to the beautiful Ambassador hotel and never saw the inn room. The shuttle worked well and the staff were so nice!

I was advised by various people not to walk unaccompanied in front of the hotel at night.

It was a typical bait & switch move. I was under the impression that we were in the main hotel which we were very much looking forward to. Instead, it was more like staying in someone's basement. The attitude of the management when I found out that I was not in the hotel but stuck across the street in a building that had no look or feel of a real hotel was unprofessional. Their stubbornness in not refunding my money so I could stay elsewhere smacked of desperation for my money & had nothing good to say about treating people properly. We will never stay or eat there again.
