Negatives:
I had to get changed from my room 3x due to damage and uncleanliness the 2nd had a roach in it. The 3rd one has water damage on the ceiling.

The service, there was one person at the front desk who was qualified completely at her job. Sorry I didn't get her name, she was there the majority of the time during morning hours.

It was clean and quiet for the most part.
Negatives:
If you walked pass the front desk 8xs the staff made you speak all 8xs. Very awkward. Even if youre on the phone. The housekeeper speaks only Spanish so I had to mime what I wanted. Imagine needing tissue

tried to charge me twice before i even got my security fee back. making one night almost three hundred dollars.

The evening desk worker was great! He was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
All morning staff were rude and unhelpful. VERY loud fighting in the hallway at night. Dirty bathroom. There was a dirty sports bra in the corner of the room when we got there. There was a used band-aid laying on the floor when we got there.
Positives:
The in room as well as the pool and sauna down stairs. Also enjoyed the free breakfast.

The phone in the room didn't work, and the lack of local tv channels was a little disappointing.

The beds were hard, blankets had stains lot of dust lights went out by themselves, not enough towels. breakfast eggs, toast and sausage wasn't done....exit door close to room did not work, as I was told it did work.

Easy access off the highway, close to the airport.
Negatives:
No security. Noise all night, in the halls, in the parking lot. Room was large but needed maintenance badly. Black marks on the walls, furniture pushed out of place (maybe for cleaning?) but not put back. Cold breakfast (was supposed to be hot).
