(front desk receptionist) was very friendly and helpful. In addition, we were able to check-in upon arrival (1 pm). We also had a very helpful bellhop provide us information about free shuttles to American Family Field for the Luke Combs concert.

Staff seemed irritated with additional requests. Intolerant of children when we were there because of children.

Great proximity with skywalk connection to the Baird Center.
Negatives:
The elevators are antiquated and need to be modernized, expect long wait times. Fitness center is on 7th floor and weights can be heard crashing on the floor in the guestrooms. You might get a king with sleeper sofa if you book a standard room.

I loved the view and enjoyed how close it was to the fiserv and the public museum

The ac compartment was loud and kept me and my partner up a lot. The walls seemed very thin. You could hear everything in the other rooms and outside the room. There was no microwave in our room and the only one available was the one on the 6th floor. There was no freezer in the fridge, not even a small one. I had to throw out food because I thought there was going to be a microwave in the room like it was advertised on my booking. There was no balcony either like it advertised for my room, but I’m not too upset about that. We also asked for extra towels by calling to the front desk, but then we never received them.

I could feel the springs in my mattress so hard to sleep. Water in shower could of been a little hotter & had t0 flush the toilet acouple of times.
