My room was very cold the first two nights that I was in the hotel, and I made this known to management who attempted to fix the heater, but it never increased the heat, and it was just freezing in the room, so I had to get very upset and angry to the point where I had to threatened to leave the hotel on the third day that I was there, and go to a different hotel.
Management talk to me and apologize they changed my room and credited my account for the two nights I was there
Negatives:
I didn’t like that management didn’t take action right away when I asked them about switching my room due to the temperature being too cold.
I shouldn’t have had to wait two nights to get a new room and then threatened to leave before somebody paid attention to my need.
