Lovely staff and great room. Slept really well and the shower was great. The breakfast needs some attention however, I didn't go hungry but it needs some love on that front. I had a great stay but that was my only criticism.

The location was great and the beds were lovely. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent - much better the second day.
Negatives:
We found out upon arrival that the parking was actually a garage a block away (and staff could not even give good directions). The staff did not seem to know what was going on regarding charges for the parking garage (or much of anything else). They put a hold on $90 over the full charge from our account the moment we checked in! - this was way more than they said they would and certainly a departure from other properties. It was so incredibly difficult to just get a bottle of water, and the property was not disability friendly (largely due to the parking garage situation).
