Nothing it was a horrible experience and the staff was rude surprised there werent cockroaches

The employee was rude said I arrived late and didnt call. Was telling me my card declined and it did not. Gave me a room key that didnt work. Bathroom was full of hair used bar soap in the tub dirty towels hanging in the tub. Dog bone in the corner.

Not very clean, many broken items. No hair dryer, no pool, no TV. Window was wide open when we arrived. Back door not secure. Lobby had strong smoke odor.

There were many things that were terrible. There was soap bars in the shower, the carpet was not vacuumed and was VERY dirty. We had a clogged toilet and called twice to get help. No one helped or answered the phones. No breakfast. Terrible place.

Very creepy check in experience with two men. We had a dog and he said it was $15. I handed him my card and he said they only take cash. What chain wants only cash? I may call Quality Inn to report. Pillows on bed rolled into a ball, trash left in garbage

We wanted to swim and enjoy the hot tub but we got there and they told us the pool was closed

No breakfast the 1st 2 mornings. The pool and hottub were closed. Room was not cleaned to my satisfaction, I found a grizzly chew box in a drawer, hair dryer was loose on the wall and carpet was stained.

So many things.. the halls stunk of pee, The pump didnt work so no pool or whirlpool, hardly any English was spoken between the staff. Very dirty, bad lighting in room, internet was off most of one of the days we stayed, toilet rocked and was disgusting.

Hair in bed in first room. Pillows in both rooms subpar. Linens although likely washed had stains. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Light over sink in bath not work. Cockroaches in room. Told front desk and the person said thank you. Old and run down. Weeds
