Positives:
The room was clean and spiffy. The location is excellent, close to Central Wisconsin Airport, which was our main reason for choosing this motel. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
It proved impossible to connect to the internet. Four or five connections for Quality Inn showed on my display, but all my attempts to connect to any of them were rejected or simply failed. The room had too little space and not enough racks for unpacking suitcases; I had to use the floor. It also proved difficult to adjust the shower to a comfortable temperature.

The establishment has a great location, close to the airport, but needs a few improvements.
Positives:
The air conditioning, mini fridge/freezer and Direct TV were great!
Negatives:
Sheets of one bed were stained, on the other bed they were torn (I opted for the torn). The shower curtain rod looked moldy. The clock didn't work. Front desk person was on a conference call so he barely spoke to me, hard time hearing him over the call

Nothing to like about this this motel. Not very clean, odor in the hallway, run down. Felt like people where living there full time. Did feel very safe. Outside door locks didn't work.
Positives:
The owners of this establishment work so incredibly hard to give a service that is so necessary and convenient. The owner checked me in late and was in the hall the next morning with a ladder because, guess what, he does it all.

We got a wheelchair accessible room and my boyfriend could barely get through to the other side of the bed because the entertainment center was to wide.

It needs some maintenance attention. We had wall plugs that didn't work and lights that flickered. The pool area was mildew and had an odor and you could visibly see black mildew/mold on wood window frames.

Refrigerator was on a wall switch by door which we did not realize till we were leaving and refrigerator was off. No lights could be turned on when entering without stumbling in dark. Sheets badly stained.
