The location was the closest we could get to Manawa for the Rodeo. The rooms were clean and orderly and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was quite adequate and we had plenty to eat.
Negatives:
No elevator and we were on second floor. Both of us have great difficulty with stairs and had to carry our own luggage up. I d.id not ask for a handicapped room when I made reservations because we didn't need handicapped rooms. However, I was unaware that there was no elevator and I don't remember it being mentioned in booking.com.

We were comfortable and except for having to climb stairs were quite happy with your facility.
