Clean and endless hot water, good staff

The road noise off I90 was loud enough I needed to wear noise canceling earphones to sleep. Wondering if the odd room numbers not facing the road deck are quieter
Negatives:
Beds were terrible, rooms were not clean. Outdated rooms. Juice machine at breakfast leaked water out all over, and the staff just had towels all around the machine, rather than fixing it.

Very clean. They are really good about accommodating their customers. Easy location to find

I do wish there was a ice machine on every floor for convenience, but its not that big of a deal, just an observation

I find this at almost every hotel, pet fee's are high. This hotel is lower than others but I don't like it when hotels charge per nightly charges for pets. They're not eating the food the hotel provides. The pets aren't using the energy.

The phone in the room didnt work and when reported to the front desk their response was well look at it after you check out. Unexceptable

Check in process - room wasn't cleaned upon arrival, lobby smelled of cooking food and air fresheners, lack of overall cleanliness.
Negatives:
Very little was put into the appearance of the rooms. Water stains on the ceiling, toilet see was damaged, drywall tape was coming off, brutal patch job in the shower.

The Credit Card machine would not read my card. I had to be on hold with the credit card company to find out there was nothing wrong with my card. The Keys to open my room door were stubborn to work. Night clerk would not give us a guide for the TV channels and they were difficult to navigate. Probably got the cheapest TV provider they oulc find.
