Positives:
The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Breakfast-we went for breakfast at 9:10a. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold. There was very little eggs and about 5 small potato circles left and nothing was refilled the rest of the time. I never saw anyone manning the breakfast like I always had everywhere else.

Hotel was quiet after the pool closed. Room was clean and dark and beds comfortable.
Negatives:
Elevator was not working and we were booked on the 3rd floor. Traveling with elderly parents so this was not ideal and check in was too late to change to another floor and or hotel. The security lock on one room door was broken and the phone in the other was not working. Both sinks did not drain and hair dryer did not work. The breakfast area was nice but food was cold (eggs, sausage and hashbrowns). Not much fruit and milk was sour.

Well in the middle of our stay i randomly could smell smoke or burning smell so we went and told front desk, and he seemed to think I was crazy, me knowing I wasn't. I kept searching for the smell and I found it. It was coming from the bathroom. My son is allergic to a lot of things and he's got asthma really bad so I knew we couldn't stay in the room any longer. So since they didn't really believe me, I asked if we could be switched to a different room. And they finally did it.
The first night we were there the overnight front desk worker said my total for buying items from the vending area was $11 but after I paid him he tried to get an extra dollar out of me!! And he did till I went back down and confronted him about it and got my dollar back. The next day he charged me $1.50 less than he did the first night. I'm not sure why. But I think he was trying to rip me off in some way.

Location was good. Pool was big.
Negatives:
There were stains on the sheets and blankets. There was dried blue soap on the side of the tub with a hair stuck in it. The juice machine was down-they offered no beverages other than coffee or water from the faucet. Breakfasts at places like this are usually decent, this was below par. Everyday the syrup for the waffles was out or almost out. One day, no waffles at all. No sugar-free cereal options. The floor by the waffle machine has dried drips of waffle batter on it all day. No housekeeping and no place to put trash. It was always a struggle getting clean towels. In the pool area, there is all kinds of junk laying around. We were first put in a room that had strong cigarette smell, had to ask to change rooms.
