The room is comfortable and spacious enough.

It was very noisy early in the morning in the hallways. It would have been nice to be able to sleep in. I don't know what was going on, but it sounded like some sort of maintenance or possibly filling up the vending machines. Then, there were many doors automatically being slammed shut from the other guest rooms. They should have some sort of "soft closure".

Nice place, don't let the small town setting fool you! The place has been renovated over the years, we stay there when we come from Madison to see family and friends in the area. We booked the jacuzzi tub room and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend, and the owner is always friendly and there to greet us!

Outside security door had a zip tie over the push to open latch to prevent the door from locking, bypassing the need for a key. Safety anyone?
Hot tub listed for room is just a jacuzzi tub and the water even during off hours is at best warm.
Ceiling is full of badly done repair patches.
The owners live in the building. Not that they have created an apartment out of a couple of rooms, they are living in the conference room. They have a sheet over the double glass doors, once removed cots are plainly visible.
The door that is zip tied not to lock, leads outside and that outside area is being used as a personal patio.
If you have the opportunity to visit Redgranite, don't. Too many nicer areas and hotels near here.
Booking.com reviews are after this IMHO very deceptive.
