Helpful staff at checkin, quiet because of low occupancy

Old chipped tub. No hooks or hangers for clothes or jackets. No closet or coat rack. Large carpet rolls in hallway- definitely a fire hazard. Breakfast went till 9:30 and we went at a little after 9. There was no food left and when asked, they said they would not be putting more out. Not even bagels or yogurt.

No bar in room to hang clothes on.
Some pillows had an odor.
Some sheets were stained.
Breakfast was below standards.
Pool area needs a major cleaning and remodeling.
Window was open and could not be secured.
Heater ran all night.

The cleanliness. My granddaughter got many bites and I had a couple as well and got sick. Hair on the beds as well as stains on the sheets and towels. Drawers were not cleaned out. It was almost like they used the same sheets from the previous visitors.
