Unremarkable and won’t book at...
Positives:
There was no breakfast. The staffer said "the product failed to arrive." I asked for a voucher for the pancake house next door but the staffer declined. I asked for a manager to call but none did. Coffee tasted burnt so I discarded it and bought some at the McDonalds. Second day there was some Danish, but waffle maker was "out of service."
Negatives:
Facility was under construction. Noisy, with pounding and drilling. No rooms on first floor. No elevator, so I had to haul the bags up the steep stairs. No porter. Room was NOT cleaned after first night. Thin blanket and no spare blanket.

The room was clean, smelled good, heat works. Everything in the room worked, but Lacks sufficient electrical outlets for personal use.

Website advertises free continental breakfast. But upon check-in I was informed that because of the time of year, continental breakfast was not being provided. Extremely disappointing. Only thing provided was coffee and tea. I really don't understand how even if a business is slow they can't provide some basic pre packaged items to offer, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels etc.

Just coffee. Slipped and fell do to ice in parking lot.
Not salted. Lucky not injured! Door to bathroom very hard to close. No one around in checking out. Left keys on counter. Would not stay there again. How can they lie about free breakfast?
