Signed some paper for being to loud after a certain time, kids yelling throughout the night running up and down the hallways. Why sign something for noise when literally nothing is done about it.

Nothing. Staff was mean. Kids running through halls at all times of the day. Price was outrageous because of sports teams in the area. Pool chlorine was obnoxious! Eyes burned when walking into the pool.

Everything. Cost, staff, pool. Customer service was non existing. Unless you were a IGH member. Otherwise you didn't matter.

Pool area needs paint touch up and pool was very cold.
I was told $5 a day for roll away bed and they charged me $15 a day. You could see on my checking account that money was removed and then refunded and did it again. I have never had a company charge me like this as you can see the whale the paint is peeling off and doesn’t look good at all especially in photos.

When there are large groups of kids, there never seems to be any control of their behavior. We thought being on the top floor would be quieter but they were thundering up and down the hallways all evening. There did not seem to be any adult presence around for supervision.
