Positives:
I liked the Condo, that it had a fireplace in the bedroom, hot tub in the room. It was nice for me with a bunch of teen kids.
Negatives:
Room was not clean to my satisfaction. For the money I paid I do not expect stained sheets on the bed or big hairballs in the shower drain. Very slow elevator. Ice machine near my room was broken. Restaurant at the hotel was gross. Food was not good.
Positives:
The room size and location was the best part. The water park is connected by underground tunnel and it was relatively easy to get there from our room.
Negatives:
There wasnt much carpet left but it was still in the two bedrooms. It was disgusting! Stains everywhere, I really grossed out if I looked at it too closely. Every single employee I encountered was miserable and seemed to be extremely inconvenienced.

The waterpark towel card and sheet with all the prices of things if they go missing and I didn't realize the brown blankets were the actual blankets so when we got in our room there was no blankets on the bed. They were in the closet

The staff upon checking into the hotel found out the waterpark resort. Part was closed. They sent us to a different resort because of this.

Room keys did not work. Thermostat did not function. No soap or shampoo in shower.

The bathroom . I was under the impression that the shower was a walk in and separate from the toilet. That wasn't the case. Was no full body mirror in room. Would have preferred a better view of the river. Too many trees was blocking the river.

The room was dirty. curtain was ripped Bugs on floor. We left. the Hotel is not a 3.5 and lost $195.00 we drove home. it was not the fun night we planned. Sad thing is that when I tried to cancel. They wanted to charge extra fees on top of what I paid

They tried to charge an extra 50 dollars at check in as a cleaning fee in addition to the resort fee. The manager eventually waived the fee. They couldnt provide complimentary toothpaste or lotion and the ice machine was broken.
