The HOT TUB it was exactly what we needed after a long week of work. The bed was comfy. When we checked out the staff was very friendly. When we checked in the young man very polite. The housekeeper very friendly also.
Negatives:
The fridge froze our food and drinks. Kids was running the hallway till late. There was a dog barking in the middle of the night.

Reservation was for handicapped single queen suite. Sent to single queen room. Called desk and was told to come back down. Said they didn’t even have that room available. I was only offered a regular queen suite. I made it work but with my instability I was very uncomfortable without safety handrails in the tub and having a very low toilet without handrails. I should have been offered a different handicapped room or a discounted rate. Dirty carpet, appeared to be blood spots. Light was burned out over sleeper sofa when I arrived. Reported it and was told maintenance would fix it next day. Reported it again that next evening to staff, who did what he could without having a new light bulb. Breakfast is “hot”, powdered eggs. Low on milk. Only fancy teas, no regular tea as an option.

Had roof over us. And vehicle was not bothered over night.
Negatives:
Location. Staff didn’t mention breakfast time. Didn’t mention how much pet fee was. Although the fee was good price. Guess staff was not as informative as staff at other hotels I’ve been to. And not informed remodeling was going on. A lot of boarded up homes in the area.

we did not purchase the breakfast. lobby and bfst area were under construction .

carpet in room needed replaced. tub water spout did not work correctly, no pressure for a decent shower. towel bar coming off the wall, they said this was a remodeled room. no light bulb in two of the lights. the maid knocked on our door three times before check out time.
