Positives:
Clean, convenient, inexpensive, close to downtown, with spacious rooms and ample parking. I really liked that I could access my room both from inside and outside the hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast was pretty sad. Even just adding a waffle maker could really spruce it up. Also the shower was weird, and the bathroom was awkwardly small, which felt especially odd in such a large room. But over all, pretty effing great.

No hot water for a shower so we moved into another room and the shower worked just fine.

You get what you pay for: room was dated, A/C did not work, water pressure fluctuated (sometimes enough for shower, other times not), location was a little sketchy, and windows did not open.
