Positives:
The location is set perfectly right up against the mountain for incredible views, easy walking distance into Jackson Town center, the on-sight restaurant Haydens Post has some of the best servers/bartenders I've ever met. And if that's not enough the food alone will keep you coming back for more breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Negatives:
My only complaint would be the bed in my room. A bit firm for my liking but thats very very minor issue let's be honest. No hotel can afford to go out and buy a 3,000 mattress for every room haha.

We got harassed by the manager mathew cooper. Statement below
Negatives:
Check-In:
Upon arrival, we experienced difficulties with the check-in process. The staff seemed unaware of specific fees and charges and were unable to provide clear explanations.
Shuttle Service:
The shuttle driver took us to our condo and claimed we were unaware of our room number. As first-time visitors to the property, we were unsure of our room's location and thought the driver was kind. However, this confusion was not adequately addressed.
Noise Complaint and Harassment:
On the second night, we received a noise complaint. The front desk threatened to involve the police despite our sincere apologies.
Unprofessional Conduct by Manager (Matthew):
The third night was particularly troubling, with the manager, Matthew, harassing us and making unwarranted and condescending threats. He even suggested escorting us off the property and made veiled threats, creating an uncomfortable environment.
Hygiene Concerns:
We discovered a stained towel in one of our rooms, which appeared to be contaminated with feces. Despite reporting this to the staff, there was no follow-up or resolution from the management. During a meeting with Matthew a few days later, he implied that my mother intentionally stained the towel with her feces. He also said that he still had the feces-stained towel sitting in his office for proof of something.
Spa Appointment Cancellations:
We pre-booked spa treatments many months ago. These appointments were abruptly canceled due to weather constraints, a decision that seemed arbitrary, given that other guests' reservations were not affected. Matthew's response to our inquiries was unprofessional and included threats of eviction. There were discrepancies in the information provided by the spa and the front desk, causing further confusion and frustration among our party members.
Unprofessional Behavior by Management:
We requested to meet with Matthew in person to discuss how we could resolve some issues.

Breakfast was good however it was always hard to find staff members.
We stayed first in your hotel & everything was really good. We especially had a lot of help from Robert at the front desk. Then we stayed at the condo, which we loved. There were a few things that needed to be fixed like the light fixture over the table looked like it could fall but other than that everything was good.
Negatives:
I received an auto text at 2:07 AM from Snow King . I let the front desk know and they were going to report it.

There was a funky smell in the hallway, and there were empty water bottles behind the tv dresser. The phone in the room didn’t work. No bathtub which would be nice to relax.

The hottub is next level. Rooms are modern and clean.

Just for checkout - please ask which card to charge instead of charging it automatically. Sometimes we want to use a different card!

Staff was nice . Restaurant was good . Restaurant had view of skiing and activities so elderly parents could watch grandkids out the windows . Daily Activities were fun and cute

It wasn’t a big deal but I rented the entire condo and my key wouldn’t work on the suite side even after rekeying. So we only used one entrance even though we had two entrances .
