Positives:
Location was convenient off the freeway, the lobby was clean and attractive.
Negatives:
Front desk Staff were rude and unhelpful, at check, during the stay and checkout. The internet did not work, when asked I was told I should be using android products instead of apple. The paint is peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the bathroom sink drained very slow. The hallway carpets were dirty and smelled.

Room was not ready when we arrived at almost 5 pm. Not a big problem, but we had plans with family. A/C compressor was loud and vibrated the bed. Breakfast was subpar, low quality hot choices. Coffee at the coffee bar tastes like instant coffee. Expected better at a Wyndham property.

The property is relatively new. The bed was really comfortable! We never could get the Wi-Fi to work, even after calling the front desk. The breakfast was decent. This hotel is not in the downtown area, it’s a little ways out, but that worked just fine for us because we were going to an event at the high school. They had an issue with their plumbing.
Negatives:
The toilet backed up on the night of our second stay, it was the middle of the night so we didn’t want to call and get maintenance there. It was annoying! The Wi-Fi never did work, even after asking the front desk how to login.

I booked this stay because it looked like a unique hotel and it had good reviews. The room was spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable.
Negatives:
This hotel charges an extra $25 if you travel with a pet which they state is in part for "extra" room cleaning. I would have appreciated regular cleaning. When my dog walks into a hotel room and sniffs every inch of the carpet, I know it's not really clean. The bathroom needed work- one of the faucets for the sink was loose and didn't work well and the bathroom fan didn't work at all. While there is no designated pet area outside, they did have a dispenser for poop bags but it was empty and there was a lot dog mess around the hotel. So no one is cleaning the grounds of the property and it's kind of gross.
