Hotel need remodel . Every things dirty smell bad . Service terrible. Lady at front desk not friendly .

Bathroom shower was nasty..looks like they tried to civet black mold with Caulk. Heater/ air cooler didn't work. Lamps and clock weren't even plugged in. Had to open windows which had no screen. Vanity mirror had what looked like toothpaste spatters.

This was a very awesome place to spend the night to check in and check out was awesome from the personnel the room was very clean and very well-maintained and very well equipped and it was very quiet I definitely give it a 10 star plus.

No heat and the curtains didnt cover the windows . The room had an old stuffy smell

The room was dirty and the sheets were a Dingy white. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The pictures didn't match the hotel AT ALL! Ended up eating the hotel cost to stay at another one. Hazmat suit required to stay!!!

Friendly staff, coffee and tea in the lounge, in the room-working refrigerator, microwave, hot water, blow dryer & clean towels.
Negatives:
Overall building is in disrepair, hallways have old, smelly, stained carpeting, busted doors, mattresses sloped to the middle, making it difficult for more than 1 person to sleep in it, toilet bowl stained, the furniture is mismatched & damaged.

Wyndham cancelled our reservation that we made back in April for a September stay because they overbooked. We were left with no place to stay. Asked how they chose who to cancel told those who booked through their site got to keep their reservation. Since we went through booking.com ours was cancelled-even though we booked months ago.

Positives:
Sheets and towels were clean. Staff was very nice.
Negatives:
Old and falling apart. Hair dryer looked like it was there since the hotel was built. Looked like you could get electrocuted if you used it. This facility needs new doors. Ours would barely close and lock. We also booked way in advance for a king bed, and they only had to queens.
