We would have liked an elevator. We parked (legally) in a handicapped space & I use a cane, but not able to stay on ground floor. Only choice was to climb a flight of stairs.

Booked our stay for a girls volleyball tournament..everything was wonderful from the moment we checked in until we left...check in was easy and fast...rooms were clean and comfortable ..pool and hot tub were great after a long drive..the gentleman at the front desk( sorry I forgot to get his name) was the best..he was so helpful when we had questions about the area and went out of his way to help us and make sure we enjoyed our stay...he was amazing...thank ypu again for everything...we will for sure book this hotel next year during tournament and every year after .

The hot tubs water smelled like urine, top sheet/blanket had what looked to be snot/blood stains, and blames the kids running and screaming upstairs …..”yes we understand but are sold out tonight” as if that had anything to do with complaint.
