We had trouble with the locks and had trouble for 2 days untill we were moved to another room. The room we were moved to was smaller than the one I paid for and was told by staff that the cost of my stay would be discounted for all the problems we encountered. It was not discounted!

2 of the rooms first offered could not be locked because of lock damage, third room offered had strong smoke smell although smoke free room, 4th room offered also a strange odor, but overall ok, TV with a lack of channels, breakfast no coffee, because of broken machine

Rooms dirty. Very, very dark inside rooms. Also required handicapped access for wheelchair. Had to move furniture in room so could get wheelchair through. Wheelchair would not fit into bathroom. Request at front desk to make sure handicapped accessible. ????!
