Positives:
Very kind employees. Breakfast was above the usual expectations. The pool area was very clean, has leisure furniture and very spacious. I had stayed here when it first opened in the late 90's, they have kept the facility up to date.
Negatives:
The beds were a little worn out and the linen was heavily stained. No Elevator to the second story (I had a knee reconstruction and made it difficult to haul luggage and children.)

I called in the morning, still a few hours before check in. The staff was very accommodating, and allowed me to come check in early without any hesitation.

The smell was horrible in the room. I had to buy an air freshener. It smelled like mold. The shower curtain needs to be washed more often. The halls were also dirty.

The breakfast was the best part of the whole experience but it was busy, no silverware no cups but at least some of the food was decent.
Negatives:
This hotel was so dirty! Our TV didn't work, stains on the carpet, bathroom not cleaned, stains on the comforters, smelled funny... honestly wanted to take a shower to clean off before leaving.
Positives:
The location is decent and all the towns activities are a few minutes away. Parking and checkin process was easy. We ran late to the continental breakfast and the attendant was very nice and let us eat anyways. He was very kind.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Things were quite dusty and there was visible hair all over the bathroom floor and you could tell it had not been swept or vacuumed in quite sometime. The linens looked clean.
