The hotel was very clean and the beds pretty comfortable. The heating unit seemed very efficient, temperature quickly adjusts to your setting. Great location, easy walk to Banff centre, parking was also free.
Negatives:
Sone of the linens were outdated and needed replacement. Our room was quite dark and needed more lighting. The tub was slippery and no anti-slip mats provided nor hand rails to hold on to.
