I had a few issues through my stay here that didn’t leave a great impression. One side of my room didn’t have power for over half my stay and this included the tv. When I called to get assistance from front desk I was told they would send someone and no one came for over a few hours. I had to call back and even then they sent the concierge as the maintenance person wasn’t available. I also called before booking to ensure the pool and hot tub were working and was told they were, yet upon check in I doh d out the hot tub was out of order and it wasn’t fixed for the length of my stay. I also had a negative experience ordering room service. When it was brought up and I went to pay it gives you the tip option which I did do but still the price seemed a lot higher then what was on the menu so I looked at my bill and found that before it was brought up I was already charged for the meal and an automatic tip. So I was a bit put out I wasn’t told this and basically tipped twice. Half my bill was in tips. I used to be a server I’m glad to tip but not twice without my knowledge of both. For the breakfast you must eat downstairs and cannot take your plate/plates up to your room. This isn’t a huge deal but since I was traveling alone I would have rather enjoyed my breakfast in private.

Very convenient to our travel plans, which was an over-niter in Calgary close to the airport, with shuttle! Made our continuing flight to Mexico more relaxing and refreshing. Great place.
