Negatives: Breakfast was skimpy for the cost. Only got it as we had to leave early on a Sunday morning

Negatives: Jaded, rooms need to be updated

Negatives: When we first arrived there was a male guest in the lobby that was rushing the elevator after other female guests. He followed us up to our hotel room after we checked in and with nefarious intentions. We had to go back down and let staff know about this and never went into our initial hotel room due to safety. The male staffer was really not concerned and did switch our rooms. But the hotel should have dealt with this guest earlier. I watched him rush after multiple female guests but never got into the elevators in time. It was scary, unwarranted, and it does not matter if he has autism / mental illness (this is what the male staffer told us). Safety of others trumps a single disruptive person’s individual issues. This man followed us into the elevator and to our hotel room door. He would not leave and when asked to leave he just continued to follow us. He would glare and follow just 2-3 steps behind. Stop when we stopped. It was terrifying.

Negatives: I booked 2 rooms - one for myself and my daughter and one for my two sisters. My sisters' room door had a huge gap at the bottom that let in light from the hallway; the curtains in my room didn't close all the way leaving the light to shine in when the sun came up; the chain locks on the door seemed a little iffy - the (balcony) door chain lock in my room seemed to be installed badly and didn't go down all the way and the dead bolt didn't lock either; some of the wallpaper was starting to peel in at least on of the two rooms from what I remember, and lastly when we were trying to check out, the elevators were really slow, so, we ended up trying to take the stairs, but the doors to the first and second level were seemingly locked or just unable to be opened, so, we had to go back to the 3rd floor to try and take the elevator and probably had to wait a good 5+ min for the next elevator.

Negatives: just some furniture in the room could be updated,

Negatives: The hotel and more importantly the room was tired - the bedroom carpet was ripped and the staff in reception and the breakfast staff were unhelpful.

Negatives: It feels old and AC was too high, it was impossible to turn it off

Negatives: service of some staffs are not accomodating, they just gave the paper and key, i understand its all written on the paper but staffs are not so friendly specially the ladies when i checked in and checked out at the front desk, that's why i asked them in the morning if i my reservation have free breakfast
