Both my kids and I loved the place. The interior was so clean and luxurious. The room was also neat and clean. The water park was amazing. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner were great. The servers (especially the lady at the breakfast) were very kind and nice.

The room was spacious and very clean, updated. The hotel was very quiet, even with a full house of hockey tournament guests.

The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t very clean. Greasy hand prints all over head board. Bathroom door was sticky and greasy and disgusting. One water slide wasn’t working, which was fine. The hotel/water park is much older than led to believe in the picture. It is an older hotel and not so fancy. The rooms are very small relative to other hotels with same beds in them. I don’t think the beds were really queen size. Maybe double?
