Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 17 and May 18, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-17 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 17% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Please inform Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note, guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up until 18:00 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after 18:00 1 day before arrival. Oasis Waterpark open as of Fri June 18, 2021. A "Waterpark Access" room must be booked, Hotel Guests only, no outside guests permitted. Facilities closed at this time include Carver's Steakhouse, Sheraton Club Lounge, Airport Shuttle. "The Oasis Waterpark will be closed Monday January 8, 2024, reopening at 5:00pm on Tuesday January 16, 2023.
