Positives: We stayed on the side with the tracks and didnt hear the trains as much as I expected.
Negatives: The pool was freezing cold. Even sitting waiting for my kids to go in the pool the room itself was crazy cold. Id hate to think what its like in winter to swim in there. Maybe signs to tell people 15 min in the hot tub. We waited forever to go in. Some chick had a glass bottle of wine she knocked over beside the hot tub. Its common sense not to bring glass out to the hot tub area but maybe not. Having some signs to remind people or staff checking would be nice. Guy at lobby desk was watching something on his phone on loud volume and seemed irritated I had a question. Seriously?
