The hotel was really nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
After we watched a concert, when we arrived at the hotel, there was ZERO PARKING. WE circled 4x b4 we were allowed to park on the side of the hotel, not even a parking space. Also, we waited for almost an hour for breakfast and yet there were ONLY 2 small sausages, 1 egg, and 2 thin slices of bread. Nothing fancy, very ordinary and yet it took 4ever to serve...

Too hot in the room, it's hard to adjust the thermostat.
There is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel.
Old facility needs to be upgraded.
Bathtub is too high not accessible for seniors or children.
Rooms are small for the price I paid for.
The food at the restaurant was unpleasant. It was cold and too salty.

There was a fire, elevators wete broken, tried to tell us that it was a false alarm even tho we evacuated and smelled the smoke, didnt remimberse us, breakfast was terrible.

The location was great for a function I was attending. Room service was quick and polite.

I arrived at check in early (2:30pm) and was told my room wasn’t ready and to try after 4pm. Okay-no problem, I knew an early check in is not always a guarantee. We came back after 6pm and I had to wait in an hour long line up (yes I timed it) to check in. Received my key but when I got to the room, it did not work. Had to wait again for key to be re programmed- only they could t do that. They switched me rooms. Pool was dirty and maintenance men came in to clean the pool deck and sprayed cleaner and then hoses it off and into the pool, while scrubbing dirt? And spraying it all into the pool while my children and others were in it. Gross. Our dresser was uneven and the drawers kept coming open. Long wait for breakfast which was cold and hard when received.

I like that it is surrounded by nearby grocery, convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants.
Negatives:
The management of breakfast for guests. It is the first time that I have encountered with a Best Western facility that is not buffet style/self serve breakfast and with very lengthy wait (20-30 minutes wait) before the food could be served. But otherwise the dinning staff were courteous, considerate and punctual in getting our orders.
