Positives: The staff were friendly, just couldn’t seem to get requests done.

Negatives: There wasn’t any bedding available for the pullout couch on the first night. All they could offer us on the first night was a mattress pad- no sheets, no blanket.We had to request having bedding provided twice the next day. We requested having garbages emptied/ room tidied and they didn’t do it, we asked for towels and bedding they brought sheets only- no towels no blanket. It was frustrating.
