It looked like a nice hotel.

I booked through booking.com like I always do. When I got to the hotel they told me that because I didn't have a credit card I had to get a hold of booking.com to cancel my reservation. Which there is no phone number to call them. There's no easy way to get a hold of them. I tried. Then the lady at the desk was going to charge me for canceling my reservation. Although I didn't cancel it, they did because of lack of credit card. I booked it with my debit Visa and it went through. I've gone to many hotels and either you have to have a $300 deposit in cash or they put the deposit on your Debit Visa and when you leave they put it back on as long as you've done no damage. I've never damaged a hotel room in my life. So I would suggest not going there. It was in a weird location as well. If you follow maps it takes you all over the place before it actually gets you to the hotel.

You really should have specific times for the hockey teams to use the pool, otherwise it is taken up the entire time and no one else is able to use it.

Great location off the highway with good proximity to South Edmonton Common. Parking was abundant. Excellent variety of pillows in the room. Air conditioning was powerful if not a bit loud.
Negatives:
We used booking.com and searched for a pet friendly hotel. After booking, we submitted an additional request for a pet room. At no time was it communicated that pet rooms were an additional $50 per night. That price is far above industry standard. We were shocked and expected that amount to have been communicated prior.
