Good news! Before Friday, May 16th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, May 16th, 2025 at midnight and Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.
