i like that the location is nearby to the office wherein i had meetings at the time

the room is okay, service is standard good. there are lots of homeless around the area though, in which kind of made me anxious.
Lastly, what made me anxious as well is that I received an email a day after i checked out (april 29) from jcato@53northcollection.com asking me to "Please use the below link to securely complete your credit card authorization form.
https://www.canarytechnologies.com/authorization/property/BHLFQB9PAH". I emailed back, i emailed this concern to the hotel, and even message the hotel via booking.com but NO ONE get back to me to confirm that the email was sent by mistake. Was the email I received, phishing or scam email? i don't know.
It made me so stressed and anxious., which is not a good feelings.

The bathtub was deep enough to actually take a bath.
Decent selection of tv channels with Rogers, and good wifi.
Staff was nice and quick at check-in .
Negatives:
Elevators are very slow and always very crowded. The doors of the hotel rooms are loud (slams), and can hear everyone doors closing in the hallway. The air filter force of the ventilation system may need to be replaced, the air was extremely dry and dusty. The TV could use an upgrade, the image quality is not great. Price per night is slightly too high for what this hotel can provides in my opinion.

check in was great. parking needs to be free all the time. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but it was standard breakfast like I'd expect a free buffet breakfast to be.
Negatives:
parking was complimentary this time due to a previous stay on my partners side but would normally be charged. i think parking should be free.
