Positives:
The location was right beside doctors office so perfect. Loved the super soft sheets and blinds instead of curtains for a dark room.
Negatives:
Odor, probably cleaning products. No coffee maker. Lighting, no lamps by bed just overhead bright lights. Bed, modern framed bed with mattress. Not sure how many times I hurt myself walking into it Mattress needed to be turned or replaced. Breakfast, they had a yogourt station and no yogourt.

It's a nice, new hotel.
Negatives:
My shower had tons of hair all over the shower tiles. I am a red head and it was long black hairs all over the tiles. Very noticeable. It kind of put me off a bit.

The location was nice to restaurants, stores and parks. The room was nice and big.
Negatives:
Our bathroom door didnt close and the toilet seat was loose. When I put in a service request it was not met. We were offered to switch rooms on our last night. The coffee that is 24/7 was always empty. We had to carry in all our luggage on checkin because they only had two carts. They only had 1 highchair and there was 3 little ones during our stay (3 different families) so our daughter had no where to enjoy breakfast. The swimming pool is rented out for lessons so when we went to go swimming it was packed with kids/swimming instructors for lessons and we had no where to swim. They don’t do housekeeping unless asked within 24 hours in advance so we ended up taking out our own garbages and the lobby/floor garbages piled up with multiple guests doing this. Garbage everywhere. We were put out more than once on our stay and for that we have nothing nice to say. We are highly disappointed in our stay and won’t be recommending to anyone.
