Firstly, none of the hotel staff bothered to add note to our reservation that we will be checking-in with our pet, even after making multiple calls to the reception. Then, the receptionist suggested to leave our 3 months old puppy to leave in the car

Price was very reasonable and the included breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Smelled a little like smoke and had a hard floor instead of a nice carpet. You could hear your neighbors too much too. Otherwise it was great!

Front desk clerk not pleasant and smoking outside while waiting at front desk to check in.

Not impressed with restaurant. Too long waiting and food cold and disgusting, unedible. Front desk staff alittle unpleasant.

We had mentioned our bad service the night before and the manager came over and talked to us and bought our breakfast.
Negatives:
On the night we checked in the front receptionist was rude and cranky. I felt really bad for the customer ahead of us as well.

Overall good, comfortable, and clean. Waterslide and pool were great but hot tub was under renovations. Horrible front desk clerk but manager made up for it the next day (that's why we will keep staying at Best Western). Really good restaurant. Great manager!
