bed was extremely poor quality. hotel has a lot of drug clients and homeless. Cleaning supplies have a strong crack smell the night was noisy due to the type of clients around hotel and in hotel. did not use my 2nd night there

The location was good and the staff was nice. The room was clean with ample pillows and towels.
Negatives:
First thing... the remote would not work so could only get the weather channel. As we were about to get dressed up and head out for dinner, the only plug in by the only little mirror had no power so we were unable to use any hair appliances or electric razor. The breakfast buffet wasn't much more than bread for toast.
I did go to the front desk about my concerns regarding the remote and plug in... and he did try hard to resolve my issues, so a couple hours later...too late in the evening... he offered me a room change which I appreciated but did not take.

Conveniently located and old school front door entrance. Cozy room with plenty of surface space for our luggage and huge handicap bathroom. Coffee was nice and strong. The floor was clean, and no rugs.
Negatives:
There was a gap in the door frame that needs to be addressed before winter sets in.
