When we arrived the Front Desk Customer Service was very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The restaurant was spacious plenty of seating for everyone. Surprisingly we had an omelet that was ready made, and needed to be heated from the microwave. It was tasty. Though you do need to ask the staff for it.
Negatives:
It would be helpful to have a soap pump in the shower maybe a shampoo and body wash. The guests down the hall left there doors half opened, the alarms were going off. Did it several times which can be annoying.

It was dirty, you could not control the heat and the room was very warm. We slept with the window open and it was wi nter time. I went to the front desk and the employee was leaning back in her chair, just snoring away.

Positives:
Came for the Christmas Expo as a vendor. Stayed for the weekend with my son and it was a good stay. Breakfast could have maybe had some fresher options (everything was processed or frozen) but other than that it was a fine stay and super close to the expo which was helpful as a vendor.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't the best. Only overly processed, frozen options. They did have a "hot sandwhich" option if you ordered with the front desk, but still not exactly a fresh breakfast.

Breakfast was very very basic. Nothing much nutritional. It was quiet. Not busy.

It wasn't a safe atmosphere with the people who were hanging around the lobby.

Positives:
Rooms were comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic. Outside doors locked at night for safety. We’re able to get some food on site. Great price.
Negatives:
Right across the road from train tracks and trains were very loud. There were very loud cars going up and down the street. Nightclub on site and it was very noisy when everyone was leaving and we had to walk around a few piles of puke to get to our vehicle the next day.

Found the desk staff a little distant and preoccupied. Not really helpful. The site says to get a full tax invoice, talk to the desk. We phoned them later and insisted an invoice be emailed since we needed the taxes broken down. Staff seemed disinterested and rather 'bothered' with my questions and my company's subsequent phone call. Educate your staff on the need for tax breakdowns when traveling on business.
