very hot room so had to have window open to try and cool off and very noisy with traffic due to location. Room was clean, but run down. Mattress was not very comfortable at all. Travelling and did not get a restful sleep at all.

we never did get hot water in the shower, there was a tick somewhere in the room as it ended up on my partner, the pool area had about 10 unsupervised small children screaming and running around with no parent. they had their shoes in the hot tub, they were throwing things into the pool, one child was totally naked, I had anxiety that someone was going to drown. The same kids were running around in the weight room. I informed the front desk but the girl was young and overwhelmed. The kids were from some kind of party in the small boardroom. We ended up leaving the pool. When we returned there was a couple using it as their own personal spa area- my suggestion is for the staff to check the cameras more frequently. It was also disappointing that the restaurant closed before 8. After dealing with those kids, we really wanted a drink at the bar.
