Positives:
Bed was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good (waffles fruit yogurt peoridge muffins toast) Hot tub and pool were good Location was fantastic
Negatives:
The room we had no water pressure so we could not shower. The carpet was dated Bathroom door was damaged The pillows were ok but not enough (personal preference)

Positives:
It had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a nice breakfast and tables to eat there. There was a T.V. in the breakfast room. There was fruit, yogurt, waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, juices, and tea/coffee .
Negatives:
That the back door was open to anyone. Should have been accessible to guests of the hotel only.
The stairs to get to the floors. You either went down to the main floor or up to the top floors.

Everything the hotel has to offer and the staff is amazing . I go to this hotel every trip I make to Medicine Hat and will continue that.
Negatives:
There were a couple things that could have used attention in the room concerning housekeeping and the hot tub/whirlpool was not warm enough.
