Positives:
Room was very clean

We stayed 4 nights: the last two nights, neither of our room keys would unlock the room door. We travelled for a competition that required early mornings and late evenings. The last thing we want to do when we come back to the hotel is spend 15 minutes waiting for a front desk person to show up so we can get the keys reactivated. Then it happened the next night too. Have stayed in hotels all over the US and Canada, don’t care to stay at one that this is even possible!

This is my favorite place to stay. We have a dog and they have clean comfortable pet friendly rooms. The staff is always happy to do everything they can to make our stay wonderful. I would have rated everything as excellent, but out of the staffs control when they have tournaments or competition families staying who don't watch their children. Besides that it's wonderful.
Negatives:
Some parents not supervising their young children expecting older children to do it is scary.

Nice quiet room on the third floor. Close to restaurants. Very good front desk staff. Breakfast was bog standard self-serve, with the usual offerings, but it was plentiful and well looked after by morning staff.
Negatives:
The room was very clean, but a bit cramped for a double queen. NO additional seating other than a desk chair; most hotels provide at least one armchair and a small table. Wifi cut out three times in one evening. The bathroom was TINY, It had a lovely, updated walk-in shower; but everything else was cramped with barely enough room to turn around. Major design flaw.
