One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Htel. I booked through Booking.com, and when I arrived to check in the girl at the front desk told me I lived to close to stay at this hotel. Mind you I live an hour away and was there for work... She kept telling me the hotel as there own policy regarding distance, but it's posted anywhere. After 30 minutes of back and for worth with little information regarding why we can't stay we were told to just "call bookings to get a. Refund" after I called customer service with bookings they ended up calling the hotel and telling them that is not right. I feel that this happened to us as we are younger 20 year olds, but this should never happen. So unprofessional

There was a really good variety of food items for breakfast. Both for hot and cold choices. Coffee in the room was a nice touch with both flavoured and regular coffee.
