Having the restaurant attached made it very convenient when arriving late from a flight.
Negatives:
There seemed to be much miscommunication amongst the staff.
I had called ahead, & was told there was a shuttle; when I arrived at the airport early, I called the hotel, & was told they have never had a shuttle.(cab fare from the airport is approx 40$ one-way.)
The night prior to my departure, I spoke w the person at the desk about my needing to leave early for a flight, wanting to confirm checkout options & other details. I was offered a breakfast to-go, which I was to pick up the next morning. The person working the next morning told me that, since I had not arranged it the night before, that was not available.
Furthermore, because I was never informed that taxis needed to be pre-booked/scheduled the night before (only told (when I asked) that it takes about 1omins for them to arrive), I had to over 45mins for one (after calling multiple times), & almost missed my flight. (I feel this was an important detail that should have been mentioned.)
Lastly, I would not recommend staying on the main floor since the noise from the pool (open until 10pm) travels quite easily.
(asked to change rooms, but unfortunately they were fully booked)
