After Saturday, Apr 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Facility was in a good area. It was very (walkable) and close to restaurants and other good stores. The hotel was very clean and the staff were accommodating. The first room wasn't compatible, so they changed it with no problems. Pool and hot tub were nice, towels provided at the pool. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is a bit dated, mattresses could be changed, but all in all a good place to stay!

Negatives: Dated, mattresses very soft and angled.
