Positives:
The kitchenette was super helpful. The staff were excellent. The pool was fun for the kids. It was right up the road from the zoo (short drive). Grocery store right across the road.
Negatives:
The main thing is that the rooms weren't very clean. The corner of the bathtub, the surfaces in the room, the carpet. Felt a little icky.

Easy access plus white spot restaurant attached.
Negatives:
Out of 4 nites stay maid only refreshed the room once and the one day it was refreshed coffee and tea supplies were not replenished.
Lounge was visited once and we had to go find the attendant to get service.

Breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was a nice bonus. Room was super spacious and bathroom was super luxurious
Negatives:
The check in process was a bit of a pain. I only found out after paying and showing up that there was a minimum age requirement of 21 to check in, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, my friends arrived a bit earlier than me and could not enter the room- even with the confirmation code.
