Location is great. Close and easy to drive to major shopping centers. Also close and withing walking distance to a Starbucks and restaurants from around the world.
Negatives:
My only complaint would be noise, but it was expected as it is on a busy intersection. The traffic noise wasn't bad it was more voices from other guests outside the room or maybe in the office.
