This is a motel charging as a hotel.
The heater in the room was extremely loud and ran intermittently with the air conditioner. The second night we turned the unit off auto and the room was very cold through the night.
The floor has an elevation from carpet to tile causing one to stub foot walking in dark to washroom.
The room smelled like stale smoke when we first arrived.
Our third party could not stay with us and upon arrival we mentioned this assuming we were charged extra for three vs two people. They could not do anything to change it. Why boo through a third party then?? Might as well just call the hotel which I will do in the future.
