Clean. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast - in Northern American way. Location is 15 min walk from Metropolis Mall and Metrotown, but suited my needs in neighbourhood I needed. 5 min walk from Royal Oak skytrain station. Pretty garden plantings.
Negatives:
A little dated in style. Scruffy walkways. Old tatty furniture but serviceable and clean ( I'm wondering if there is a replacement programme underway)
