Between Tuesday, Jun 17th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jun 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jun 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

Positives: Very modern and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Had both bath tub and shower. Very friendly staff that let us check in early and have a afternoon rest before a concert. Nice lounge coffee/cappuccino machine
