Service is horrible. Front desk is not trained to use system and check in took 20min; room service wake me up at 7am for nothing. Can't believe I pay for this horrible experience.

I like the location. My daughter loved the breakfast. Beds were very clean.
Negatives:
1) Waiter would charge us an entire breakfast just to have coffee.
2) I booked a room for 4 people including breakfast through Booking.com but was only given 3 breakfasts by Hilton.
3) There was one day that the cleaners did not clean our room.

Close to the mall and shops and restaurants. It was clean and spacious .
Negatives:
The staff. In particular the night staff. We booked 4 rooms for a week of stay, paid about $6700. No free breakfast, but that's fine. Asked as a courtesy for one free breakfast for the head of our family, who paid the entire bill. Was told cannot be accommodated at all. Night manager, Bing, and his night staff, was not relenting. Ridiculous! They said they can't, yet when u went to corporate, guess what? They can. No client service no client consideration of who's bringing them business.
